龚小竞(个人主页),副研究员,硕士生导师。深圳市高层次人才,生物医学光学与分子影像研究中心副主任,2000年获东南大学机电一体化专业学士,2007年获中国科学技术大学精密仪器与机械专业博士学位。目前主要研究方向为基于光学和声学原理的内窥式成像技术的研发及其临床应用,包括光声成像、光学相干层析成像、超声成像等。龚小竞博士及其团队在国际上率先实现了光学分辨率的血管内光声成像、血管内光声光谱成像、全视场小探头的消化道光声内窥成像等技术。目前正在发展基于光声的多模态血管内/消化道内成像、光声光谱定量分析、光声高速成像等技术,及其在心血管、肿瘤等疾病的诊断中的应用。相关工作在Journal of Biophotonics、Biomedical Optics Express、Journal of Biomedical Optics、 Plos One、Nanoscale等高影响因子期刊发表20余篇,申请国际、中国发明专利14项(已授权5项)。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,深圳市基础研究项目2项;作为子课题负责人或核心骨干参与国自然重大仪器专项、科技部重点研发专项、中科院、广东省科技计划、其它纵向、横向课题多项。目前担任国家自然科学基金项目评审、广东省科技专家库专家、深圳市科技评审专家,国际光学工程学会(SPIE)会员,美国光学学会(OSA)会员,中国生物医学工程学会会员,中国研究型医院学会消化内镜分子影像学专业委员会委员, 中国心血管医生创新俱乐部(CCI)会员,以及Photoacoustics、IEEE TMI、ASME、中国激光等多个期刊审稿人。
Wen LI, Ph.D. Shenzhen institute of advanced technology (SIAT), Chinese academy of sciences (CAS), Institute of biomedical and health engineering, Assistant professor. Dr. Li received her Ph.D degree in The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), 2017. Her study focused on the mechanism of FE65 and its integrating proteins in the regulation of neurodevelopment. After graduation, she worked at CUHK as a Research Assistant till June 2018. Then, she joined SIAT in July 2018 as a postdoctoral fellow. Currently, she is focusing on the study of cell-cell communication on microfluidic chip, and microfluidics combined with HDX-MS for characterization of protein structure.
李雯,博士,助理研究员。2017年毕业于香港中文大学,获得生物化学博士学位。博士期间主要从事于FE65和其结合蛋白在神经发育中的调控机制。毕业后继续在香港中文大学科研助理职位工作。2018年7月加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院,主要研究微流芯片上的细胞通讯,以及基于微流芯片-氢氘交换质谱的蛋白构象解析。

Dr. Bu received her Ph.D degree in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, 2018. Her major was the structural and functional study of kindlins in integrin activation. After graduation, she continued doing research at NTU as a research fellow till February 2020. She joined SIAT in March 2020 as a postdoc fellow. She is focusing on the mechanism study of Wnt signaling using microfluidic.
布文婷,博士后。2018年6月毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学,获理学博士学位。博士期间主要从事对kindlin蛋白在整合素蛋白激活中的结构和功能研究。毕业后继续在NTU以博士后身份进行科研工作。2020年3月加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院,主要研究方向为利用微流控技术探究Wnt信号通路机制。
Weijun Kong, Ph.D. Shenzhen institute of advanced technology (SIAT), Chinese academy of sciences (CAS), Institute of biomedical and health engineering, Postdoc fellow. Dr. Kong received his Ph.D. degree in University of Science and Technology of China in 2019, focusing on the analytical application of chemiluminescence functionalized magnetic microbeads and study on single particle chemiluminescence imaging. He has published 10 papers (Chemical Science, Analytical Chemistry,Chemical Communications and Biosensors & Bioelectronics). He joined SIAT as a postdoc fellow in March 2020, and his research interests focus on microfluidic chip based on alternating current spray.
孔维俊,博士后。2019年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学,获分析化学博士学位。博士期间主要研究方向是单粒子化学发光成像技术和化学发光功能化材料的开发及其生化传感应用。已发表或合作发表期刊论文10篇,包括Chemical Science,Analytical Chemistry,Chemical Communications和Biosensors & Bioelectronics。2020年3月加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院,主要从事基于交流电喷雾的微流控芯片研究。
Fangfang Yang, PHD, Shenzhen institute of advanced technology, Chinese academy of sciences, Institute of biomedical and health engineering, POSTDC. Dr. Yang received her Ph.D. degree in optics from South China Normal University in 2019. Her research focused on fluorescence imaging, fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) technology and its application to study the mechanism of apoptosis. Dr. Yang has first-authored and co-first authored three SCI papers, including Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences, Applied Physics Letters, etc. Yang joined SIAT as a Post-doctor in June, 2020. Her research interests focus on screening of red fluorescence protein, the optimization of green-red FRET and the application of acoustic genetic biology.
杨方方,博士后 。2019年12月毕业于华南师范大学,获光学博士学位,博士期间主要的研究方向是荧光成像 ,荧光共振能量转移(FRET)技术及其应用于研究凋亡调控机制。以第一作者或并列第一作者身份发表SCI论文三篇,包括Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences,Applied Physics Letters等。2020年6月加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院任博士后,目前主要从事红色荧光蛋白的筛选、绿红FRET对的优化及声遗传生物学方面的应用。
Zhiqiang . Xu , PhD, Shenzhen institute of advanced technology, Chinese academy of science, Institute of biomedical and health engineering, Postdoc fellow. Dr. Xu obtained his PhD degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology in 2020. He joined the photoacoustic imaging lab in University of Virginia during his PhD research. He has published 4 SCI papers and 3 conference papers as the first or communication author. Dr. Xu joined SIAT as a Post-doctor in July, 2020. His research interests focus on the development and application of multi-scale, fast photoacoustic microscopy system.
牛超君,博士后。 2019年毕业于西安电子科技大学,获光学博士学位。博士期间曾前往美国代顿大学先进光学实验室进行联合培养。以第一作者身份发表期刊四篇、会议论文四篇。主要从事大气/海洋湍流传输特性及自适应光学等方面的研究。2020年5月加入中国科学院深圳先进技术 研究院,目前主要从事基于自适应光学的光声内窥成像等工作。
Jia Yu received his Master’s degree in Opto-electronic and Photonic Technology from Tianjin University in January 2017. His current research interest focuses on Re-scan Confocal Microscopy imaging technology.

Tingting AO,Research Engineer , received her Master’s degree of chemical Engineering from Xiangtan University in 2012 and Bachelor's degree of bioengineering from Xiangntan University in 2009. She worked as a microfluidics technician in Huang Yanyi Group, Biopic(Biomedical Pioneering Innovation Center) in Peking University from 2012 to 2014. She is a research engineer on microfluidics in Men Yongfan Group, Shenzhen Institutes Of Advanced Technology,Chinese Academy Of Sciences in 2017 until April of 2020. Her main research direction is the biochemical analysis of microfluidic correlation.
敖婷婷,硕士,研究工程师。2012年毕业于湘潭大学化学工程专业,获硕士学位,2009年毕业于湘潭大学生物工程专业,获学士学位。2012年至2014年在北京大学BIOPIC黄岩谊课题组担任微流控技术员。2017年至今在中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院医工所-门涌帆老师课题组担任微流控助理工程师。研究的主要方向是微流控相关的生化分析。
