应中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院刘成波研究员邀请，西湖大学贾洁敏副教授于2026年1月14日到访先进院生物医学光学与分子影像研究中心进行学术交流，同时做题为“Neurovascular coupling in health and stroke”的学术报告。

神经血管耦合（Neurovascular coupling, NVC）对于大脑功能至关重要，其功能障碍是许多神经病理学的基础。尽管细胞类型特异性被认为与NVC有关，但活跃的神经信息如何传递到大脑中的目标小动脉仍然知之甚少。

贾教授在报告中主要讨论了以下主题：(1)利用小鼠大脑皮层的双光子局灶光遗传学技术，揭示了单个谷氨酸能轴突通过神经-小动脉平滑肌细胞连接（NsMJs）处的突触样传输扩张其支配的小动脉；(2)阐述了突触前亲-子纽扣（parental–daughter bouton）对突触后树突和小动脉平滑肌细胞（aSMCs）的双重支配机制，以及aSMCs中谷氨酸NMDA受体亚基1（Grin1）的表达情况；(3)探讨了通过aSMC特异性敲除GluN1来破坏NsMJ传输，从而减少光遗传学和胡须刺激引起的功能性充血的实验结果；(4)介绍了在中风研究方面的新发现，即aSMCs中GluN1亚基的缺失可以通过防止缺血诱导的扩散性去极化期间aSMCs中的Ca2+超载，从而减少脑缺血后的脑萎缩。这些发现揭示了NsMJ传输驱动NVC的机制，为中风研究开辟了新途径。

个人简介：

Dr. Jie-Min Jia received her PhD degree from the Institute of Neuroscience (ION) in the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009, and then moved to the USA for postdoctoral training at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH in the NIH (2009-2014) and the Children’s Research Institute (CRI) in UTSW (2014-2017). In 2017, she joined Westlake University as an assistant professor of the laboratory of Neurovascular Biology. Now, she was promoted to an associate professor. Her lab mainly focuses on cerebral blood flow regulation mechanisms and their applications in brain disease conditions.
